Who we are

What data we process
You don't need an account to use AI Facile. We only process: the messages you write to the tutor and the generated answers; any reports of inappropriate answers; technical browsing data (IP address, device and browser type, access times) automatically logged by the server for security and operation. Reminders and notification settings you create in the app stay only on your phone: we never receive them.
Why we process it
To let you use the tutor (performance of the service you request), to improve the quality and safety of answers and prevent abuse (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations.
The tutor and artificial intelligence
Questions to the tutor are sent to Anthropic PBC (USA), which provides the Claude AI model and processes them to generate the answer. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use data sent through the API to train its models. Transfers to the USA rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Do not write sensitive personal data, passwords or codes to the tutor.
Where data is hosted
The app is hosted by Vercel Inc., on servers in the European Union. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We don't store tutor messages after the answer, except in the server's technical logs, kept for up to 30 days. Reports are kept for up to 12 months.
Cookies
AI Facile only uses technical storage needed for it to work (for example to work offline). We don't use profiling or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing and data portability at any time by writing to info@sudlinegroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Children
AI Facile is designed for people aged 14 and over. If you are under 14, only use it with a parent.
